i. It is necessary to collect data from the client before production of the service. Otherwise the results will vary with client's expectations.
ii. We use our client's data for the production of the services and for the copyright works and for other legal paperworks.

i. Privacy is our priority. We always ask and seek permission from you before we share your information including your email, socials, phone number, address, company name with any third-party person or client or company.
ii. As the client grants permission to share the data, the corresponding data will be shared as per the limitations of the permission.
iii. Most productions with permission to be shared are posted on the Official Instagram or tweeted on the Official Twitter or uploaded on the Official Behance or dribbled on the Official Dribbble handle of MAQ™.
3. Storing your data.
i. Usually, we store our client's data so that we can produce the annual records.
ii. If any of our client has issues or privacy concerns about their data, we delete their data except their ID and contacts for future references.
Refund & Cancellation

It's so sad that we don’t have a refund option for our clients at this moment. Which means, once you have placed the order for a specific service and paid us the advance or half or full amount for the service, we can’t process you the amount. In this situation, Our clients will have two choices. 1. The service can be changed or replaced. Which means, you can go for the other services charged at the same amount. 2. You have to cancel the order for free and leave the amount with us. Which means the money will be ours and our best wishes will be yours.
Terms & Termination

You are not permitted to :
1. Resell or lease or list the final product to/on/with any third-party client or company.
2. Redesign or modify the final product to any third-party client or company.
Otherwise the client will lose all rights over the final product and that product will be available to
any third-party client or company.

1. Rights.
You may modify the resource according to your requirements and implement in projects like websites, applications, templates or other materials in your personal or commercial projects that are not intended to be sold online, offline markets etc. The license is provided by the author. It is not necessary to link back to MAQ™, but we would appreciate if you do credit our resources.
2. Prohibitions.
You do not have rights to redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license or offer this resource to any third party «as is». If you want to use this resource as a part of a product intended to be sold via any marketplace, please contact us to get an extended license.
